As part of its Barristers Career Series for new lawyers, the Alameda County Bar Association will bring together Northern California legal practitioners on November 3 at 5 p.m. for a panel to discuss what it’s like to practice law in different kinds of law offices or as a solo practitioner, how to succeed as a regulatory lawyer, and the various highlights and challenges of a regulatory law practice. Joined by other lawyers from government, private practice, and non-profit organizations, Shay will focus on the law practice of advising and counseling cannabis companies in a rapidly-changing regulatory environment.
